Hebrews The New Covenant Priest IS the Tabernacle Himself. He offered only once.... Christ, Himself!
Those who are called and placed in Him by the Father have been totally cleansed and given a new spirit, a new inner life, in which God dwells. (No distant God anymore!)
Effectively the cleansed person has become a Kingdom child belonging to Him, showing the marks and living out the Life (the Christ) of the Kingdom.

Hebrews The old Covenant Priest only entered the Tabernacle (light) after having cleansed himself.
The blood of goats and bulls and the ashes of a heifer sprinkled on those who were ceremonially unclean (including the high priest) sanctified them so that they were only outwardly clean.
The inner man was untouched and remained as dark as before.
